# What is liquid staking?

The **bemo** application provides a simplified, user-friendly way for GRAM token holders to earn rewards and maintain liquidity via liquid staking. 

Liquid staking removes traditional staking limitations, allowing users to stake any token amount, keep their assets liquid, and earn extra returns using bmGRAM tokens in DeFi.<br>
